Frequently Asked Questions
1. How long does it take to make the custom planner or inserts? Custom planners can take up to 4 weeks to complete (not including shipping timeframe). See Shipping Policy.
What types of format inserts do you make? We make a variety of binders and inserts such as the following:

2. If I purchase a customized binder and other products, will all the items take up to 4+ weeks to be delivered?
We will ship the other products first so you can go ahead and enjoy those item from your order. If you wish for the entire order to be shipped at the same time, you can specify on the delivery instruction section on the checkout page.
3. Can I send a photo of who I want the avatar(s) character to look like?
Yes, sending us a photo is a great way to actually create avatar(s) for you.
4. If I send a photo, will you scan it on an AI software? No. We understand how many feel about AI scanning their faces. We type in key descriptions of how we want the avatar(s) to look and choose the best option. (Ex. Woman with red hair and freckles wearing green shirt).
5. Do you keep a record of my photos uploaded? Images that customers upload will be deleted after 120 days from purchase.
6. Am I able to reorder products using the same avatar(s) as before? Yes. We keep AI images for future use but previous uploaded images by the customer would have to be resubmitted after 120 days from first purchase.
7. What if I want to cancel my customized order? If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing beautifulselfplanners@gmail.com. The personalized products we offer are made to order. As such, if you wish to cancel any part of an order before it is shipped, you are liable for any costs or expenses incurred by Beautiful Self for work already performed prior to receipt of your request for cancellation. 8. Can I request my own quotes for my customized inserts? Please check out our Terms of Use in regards to customized products.
9. What if I do not see a notebook fitting for me? We would love more feedback on making more Beautiful Self notebooks to fit our consumer needs. Please write to us at beautifulselfplanners@gmail.com
10. Can you make a binder for couples? As of now, Beautiful Self will only make custom products based on individuals and not groups of people.
11. Do you offer gift wrapping? Not yet, but soon! Check back in the next few weeks for our gift wrapping options.
